Vidal White Wine is made when Vidal grapes are left on the vines until mid-November. The grapes develop a rich, golden hue which translates into a very aromatic off-dry wine. Hints of honey, melon and citrus are found. Serve with seafood, pasta, old cheddars or chicken.
