At Cheena, we strive to produce high quality Canadian products and ensure they get to the recipient safely and properly.

Each order is packed in a customized way depending on the type of products ordered. Glass jars are packed in bubble wrap. Most seafood products come in a gift box but all orders are placed in an outer corrugated case for added protection. The size of this outer case depends on what type of product is ordered and the amount of your order.

We add a product explanation card for the recipient for most products so there are suggestions on the use of our product and how to best store it. For recipes, please refer to our website https://www.cheena.com.

Once the package is complete, a delivery sticker (dempyo) is applied and delivery is made via regular dry service, refrigerated cool service or frozen service depending on the type of product ordered.
