Bacchanalia Ice Apple Wine 375ml

Bacchanalia Ice Apple Wine is made from Canadian harvested apples which are frozen through a process called cryo-extraction. The apples, as is the case with grapes for icewine, are left on the trees to freeze during the winter, then picked when the temperature reaches -8℃ or lower, and pressed to extract the intensely sweet juice. Ice apple wine has a clean flavor of apples with a vanilla finish.
