Premium non-GMO Ceylon black tea leaves from Sri Lanka, blended in Canada with Maple Terroir pure maple syrup and pure maple extract. The tea has a sweet, smoky maple aroma, a sweet caramel taste with a piquant edge, and a bright coppery colour.
It is grown on a family farm that is Kosher, Halal and Vegan certified, and packed in special atmospheric pressure bags that protect it from moisture, oxygen and light. The tea bags and silver pouch are made from 100% plant-based, compostable material.

When will my gift arrive?
About 4 to 7 days once we process your order. Customs queues in peak season, earthquakes or typhoons can cause delays, so order early for a date that matters.
Can I choose a delivery time?
Yes. Choose morning, 14:00 to 16:00, 16:00 to 18:00, 18:00 to 20:00 or 19:00 to 21:00 in your cart. Please keep in mind these specific delivery time slots do not apply to certain remote regions.
Does smoked salmon need to be refrigerated?
No, our smoked salmon does not have to be refrigerated if the pouch is unopened. Our special process of smoking and cooking at high temperature, called retorting, allows it to be kept without refrigeration for 3 years. However, once the pouch has been opened, the salmon must be refrigerated. This is why our smoked salmon is perfect to send to family and friends around the world.
Can I include a message?
Yes, you can write your message in your cart and we will enclose it with your gift at no charge.
Can I send stroopwafels or chocolates during the summer months?
We advise against sending stroopwafels, chocolates and candies from July 1 to September 30, when Japan's heat and humidity can affect their quality. If the sender chooses to send them during this period, the sender will be responsible for any quality issues.
What currency are prices in?
Canadian dollars. We accept orders from anywhere in the world: if you are ordering from the US, Europe, Japan or elsewhere, your card provider converts the currency at checkout.
